1. About SEOWEBI

SEOWEBI is an AI Visibility Infrastructure company. We measure and monitor whether AI systems can see, understand, trust, and cite a business. We do not provide SEO services, content creation, or traffic growth services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing any SEOWEBI product or accessing our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

SEOWEBI does not offer unlimited revisions, open-ended retainers, or implementation services of any kind.

4. Intellectual Property

All reports, frameworks, methodologies, and content produced by SEOWEBI remain the intellectual property of SEOWEBI. Clients receive a licence to use diagnostic reports for internal business purposes only. Reports may not be resold, redistributed, or published without written permission.

5. Scope Limitations

SEOWEBI measures and reports on AI visibility. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, rankings, citations, or traffic. Results reflect the state of AI systems at the time of measurement. AI systems change. Measurements reflect a point in time.

6. Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed through Stripe. Payment is required before work begins. SEOWEBI does not offer payment plans unless agreed in writing.

7. Confidentiality

SEOWEBI treats all client information as confidential. We do not share client data, business details, or diagnostic findings with third parties without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

SEOWEBI is not liable for business decisions made on the basis of diagnostic findings. Reports provide measurement and analysis. They do not constitute strategic, legal, or financial advice.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from the use of SEOWEBI services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

10. Changes to These Terms

SEOWEBI may update these terms at any time. The current version will always be published on this page. Continued use of SEOWEBI services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
