These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of the AI Brand Intelligence Report™ from SEOWEBI. By completing checkout, you agree to these terms.

Who these terms are for
The AI Brand Intelligence Report™ is sold for business and professional use. By purchasing, you confirm you are acquiring the Report for purposes related to your trade, business, or profession, and not as a consumer.
What you’re buying
The AI Brand Intelligence Report™ is a one-time, fixed-scope measurement and analysis of how supported AI systems (currently ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude) represent, cite, and recommend your company versus the competitors you name. It is delivered as a report with an evidence record, a Loom walkthrough, and an optional 30-minute Report Q&A session.
Supported AI systems may change
The specific AI systems we support may change over time as AI providers launch, retire, or restrict access to their systems. We will test against the systems supported at the time of your measurement. A change to the supported list is not a breach of these terms.
Price and payment
USD 2,000, one-time, charged at checkout via Stripe. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.
Delivery
We deliver within 5 business days of receiving your complete intake. The delivery clock starts when your intake is complete, not when payment is made.
If you delay intake
The delivery clock does not start until your intake is complete. If your intake remains outstanding for 30 days, we will follow up, and unstarted engagements may be paused and rescheduled by agreement.
If an AI engine is unavailable
If a supported engine cannot be tested during your measurement window, we retry within a defined process. If it still cannot return usable data, we disclose this and label the affected scores Estimated or Incomplete rather than guessing. Your Report ships with that disclosure; we do not present unmeasured results as measured.
No guarantee of outcome
The Report measures representation with evidence at the time of testing. It does not guarantee any specific AI recommendation, ranking, or commercial outcome. No AI Brand Intelligence provider can promise an outcome inside a system it does not control.
Your responsibilities
You confirm you have the right to submit the information in your intake, and that named competitors and public information may be included in testing and analysis. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
The Report and its evidence record are provided for your internal business use. You may share them within your own organisation. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute them externally, or present them as an independent or third-party assessment, without our written permission. We retain ownership of our methodology, templates, and the systems used to produce your Report.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SEOWEBI’s total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Report, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, is limited to the fees you actually paid for the Report. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SEOWEBI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, or business opportunity.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Third-party rights
A person who is not a party to these terms has no right to enforce any of these terms.
Force majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages or access restrictions affecting the AI systems we test.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your order. We will post the current version on our website with its effective date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and the Hong Kong courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have under the laws of your own country.
