SEOWEBI delivers clearly scoped diagnostic and monitoring services. Our refund policy reflects the nature of the work we deliver.
1. Our Approach
We believe in clear scope, honest delivery, and fair resolution. Every engagement has a defined deliverable. If we fail to deliver what was agreed, we will make it right.
2. AI Visibility Diagnostic™
The AI Visibility Diagnostic is a one-time engagement with a clearly defined deliverable. Because diagnostic work begins immediately upon payment, refunds are not available once work has commenced. If we are unable to deliver the agreed diagnostic report, a full refund will be issued.
3. AI Visibility Monitoring™
AI Visibility Monitoring is a recurring service. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not issued for partial billing periods. If we fail to deliver the agreed monitoring reports, a pro-rata refund will be issued for the affected period.
4. THE ERASURE Newsletter
THE ERASURE is a free newsletter. There is nothing to refund.
5. Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with any SEOWEBI service, contact us at hello@seowebi.com. We will review your concern and respond within 5 business days. We are committed to fair resolution.
6. Governing Law
This refund policy is governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
7. Changes to This Policy
SEOWEBI may update this policy at any time. The current version will always be published on this page.
