Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to the AI Brand Intelligence Report™ and to AI Brand Intelligence Monitoring™ provided by SEOWEBI.
Effective date: 18 July 2026
Before work begins
If you have paid but we have not yet begun measurement work, you can cancel for a full refund. Contact us at alerts@seowebi.com and we will process your refund.
After work begins
Once measurement work has started, the fee is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Measurement work is deemed to have started when the first AI test query is run against your intake. This is because the cost of the Report is in the AI testing and analyst work, which is performed up front.
If we cannot deliver
If we are unable to deliver a usable Report for reasons on our side, we will either re-run the measurement or refund you. We will not deliver an unmeasured report and call it complete.
Monitoring
AI Brand Intelligence Monitoring™ is billed monthly. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date; cancellation stops future charges and is not retroactive. Charges already made for the current billing period are not refunded.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy affects any non-waivable rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country. Where such rights apply and conflict with the terms above, those rights prevail.
