Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information SEOWEBI collects when you purchase and receive the AI Brand Intelligence Report™, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights. SEOWEBI is a trading name and the provider of the service described here.

What we collect
We collect: the intake details you provide about your company and named competitors; your contact information; and your payment details, which are processed securely by Stripe (we do not see or store full card numbers). Providing your intake details is voluntary, but they are necessary for us to produce and deliver your Report.
What we generate
When we test how AI systems represent your company, we generate raw AI responses, citations, timestamps, and source records. Together with your intake, these form your evidence record - the traceable basis for every material finding in your Report.
How we use it
We use your information solely to produce, review, and deliver your Report and, if you purchase it, your ongoing Monitoring. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for unrelated purposes.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not publish your evidence record. We share information only with the classes of service providers necessary to deliver your Report, some of which are located outside your country and outside Hong Kong:
- AI providers - the AI systems (currently ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude) necessarily involved in testing.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers - which securely store and deliver your Report under confidentiality obligations.
- Payment processor - Stripe, which processes your payment.
- Video walkthrough host - Loom, which hosts the walkthrough recording delivered with your Report.
International transfers
Because SEOWEBI serves clients worldwide and relies on the global providers above, your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled securely and in line with this policy wherever it is processed.
Retention
We retain your evidence record so that every finding stays auditable and, if you have active Monitoring, so that future cycles can be compared against your baseline. We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for these purposes, and we remove or anonymise it when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, and correction of any inaccurate data. Where you are covered by data-protection laws that grant further rights, such as erasure or portability, we will honour those rights to the extent they apply to you. To make a request, contact us at alerts@seowebi.com. We aim to respond promptly and within any timeframe required by applicable law.
Confidentiality
Your intake details and evidence record are treated as confidential. We store the underlying raw responses, citations, timestamps, and sources behind your Report so that every material finding is traceable, and we do not share your evidence record externally beyond the providers listed above.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data protected.
Data breaches
If a data breach occurs that poses a real risk of significant harm to you, we will notify affected individuals and the relevant authority where required by applicable law, as soon as reasonably practicable.
Cookies and analytics
Our website may use cookies and basic analytics to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Where required, we will ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.
Children
SEOWEBI provides a business service and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
